The Storm
Night LightI spent many hours over meny years at this location trying to get what I considered a good shot of a place that was almost impossible to get something new. This location was one of those iconic places that almost everyone would recognize. I decided to spend a night roaming around there to see what came of it. This shot, in my opinion is something different from the hundreds of shots we see all the time from here. My personal challenge was accomplished.
Three Of A KindThis particular morning, the fog was especially thick and from a distance, these trees were barely visible. I manages to get this shot and with gentle editing, I brought it out enough to enjoy.
The StormThis storm was developing up the coast a bit and I could see where it was heading. I thought that if I could beat it to this lighthouse, it would give me a quite impressive photograph. The image, despite being a bit busy is still quiet in my opinion, showing the tiny lighthouse being enveloped by the rain shaft for a brief time. A minute later, the scene was gone.
